Block Island is one of those places that, every time I see a picture of it I just want to visit there so bad.

We bought our little home a couple of years ago and one of the big selling points was the large barn like structure that sat behind the house.  One thing about owning a letterpress is always having to secure a place to house this big heavy industrial machine.  Since moving it around can be an expensive and worrisome task (and one we had already done a couple of times) we were looking for a real home for it.  The only problem was that this building that came with our house was that it needed A LOT of work.  So we embarked on fixing this derelict building up.  Chip is a contractor and carpenter so he has done all the work-and there was a ton of it! 

We are now almost finished and would like to share some pics!
