Excited to complete this new print of Yosemite Falls.  Yosemite is such a special place to us, and the hike to the top of Yosemite Falls is a must each time we go. I made this print by first making an illustration, then scanning the drawing into create a digital file of the image.  Through photoshop I then separated each colored of the drawing and created different layers of the image.  These layers are then turned into individual relief plates that we use to print each color.  The paper has to be fed into the machine for each color and the registration has to be perfect for the colors to all line up with each other.  It is quite a process. New card based on Short Sands beach on Oswald West State Park on the Oregon Coast.  The old growth Sitka Spruce trees there are so stunning, and framed by the Pacific Ocean...it really is a sight to behold.
