So we believe that the little things do add up to change the bigger whole. Over the years we have prioritized making artwork in a sustainable fashion and getting it to the customer with the least amount of impact. We have done that by adding (and eliminating) products that are hard on the environment. As far as production goes we use low VOC ink and press cleaners/solvents. And in terms of shipping we have whidled down the amount of plastic we use. Although we still have not found a viable alternative to the polypropylene sleeves that all of our prints are shipped in (a point of real dismay!). I want to give a shout out to some of the products that we have found and love.

Crinkle paper has been a great alternative to synthetic packing peanuts. You can find it through Uline
Love love love this stuff. It's called Cushion wrap and it is also available through Uline. It takes the place of plastic bubble wrap and it just wonderful. Plus it won't take 500 years to break down.
Part of reducing our carbon footprint is finding local products. I wish we didn't have to use so much cardboard in our shipping process however at least we have found a great local company, Northwest Paper and Box, that we get it from. Find them here
French Paper is an amazing American Paper Company. We get all of our envelopes (and some of our paper) from French Paper. This company has been around forever and uses renewable energy (including their own Hydroelectric turbines) to create their products. So happy to partner with them!
