Illustrated map of Central Park's Bridges and Arches

This piece was such a labor of love. I had wanted to make a map of Central Park for so long but I also felt challenged by the park's narrowness. It felt to me like it needed something else to make the piece balanced. So I embarked on drawing the architectural highlights of the park: namely the unique bridges and arches that were constructed during the 19th century. No two are the same and they have so much artistry in them.

Because of the intense artistry and tremendous detail in the Beaux arts architecture of the Gilded Age it took me two years to draw all of the main bridges and arches of Central Park. So at last here's my new piece: The Landscape of Central Park

You can find it for sale here.
