A few years ago I took a trip to Sanibel Island. I knew little about the area before travelling there for a family reunion and was blown away by the beauty of the Gulf and the rich plantlife on the island. It's so different from the SoCal beaches I grew up on but I loved all those differences.
I hoped to capture the tranquility I felt when I was there, in this print.
